With the new season comes the new Spring Box at Le Chat qui Tricote ! This time we partnered to create a sock box! Yes, you read that right, it’s a special sock box! And obviously I’m in love!
The Uncommon Thread
As I was mentioning it in my previous post, the Brioche for Teatime shawl pattern was originally developed as a collaboration with Le Chat qui Tricote for their Winter Box. We wanted something cosy and warm, in which you could wrap yourself in stitches. Brioche was then quite straightforward to include in this one!
My new shawl pattern, Brioche for Teatime, developed in partnership with Le Chat qui Tricote for the Winter Box, is now available! Worked from the top centre down with i-cord selvedges, its body alternates between brioche stitch patterns and garter stitch sections to form its semi-circular.
If you could look at my WIP pile you’ll see a trend here: I’m in a huge cable and lace mood. I LOVE how they interact one with each other…
